2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope of work discussed during initial consultation.

Prices may vary based on materials, labor, and unforeseen site conditions.

Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised estimate.

Clients will be informed of and must approve any changes in cost before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must schedule services in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee of up to $75, depending on the service booked.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in writing.

A deposit may be required for larger jobs or custom projects.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% per week past the due date.

5. Client Responsibilities

Notify us of any known hazards, structural concerns, or restricted areas on-site.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

Klutch Carpentry LLC guarantees workmanship on all labor for 30 days from the completion date.

This guarantee does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability

Klutch Carpentry LLC is fully insured for liability and property damage within the scope of our services.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our work.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, client scheduling conflicts, or third-party contractors.

8. Use of Website

All content on our website (images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of Klutch Carpentry LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Users agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful purposes.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time due to:

Failure to pay or repeated no-shows
